As a Project Manager at Ivy Partners, you will:

- Lead the end-to-end ERP migration/implementation.

- Define and manage scope, project plan, budget, and deliverables.

- Coordinate multidisciplinary internal teams and external partners.

- Ensure alignment with the strategic goals of the project.

- Identify, monitor, and mitigate risks, dependencies, and issues.

- Ensure the quality of deliveries and the achievement of milestones.

- Manage stakeholders and maintain clear and regular communication.

- Control the financial aspects of the project including costs, deviations, and forecasts.

- Support change management initiatives and the adoption of the new ERP.

About you

You are our ideal candidate if:

- You have proven experience as a Project Manager in ERP projects.

- You have experience in SAP and/or Microsoft Dynamics implementations or migrations.

- You possess strong end-to-end project management capabilities of complex projects.

- You have experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and suppliers.

- You are highly oriented towards results, deadlines, and financial control.

- You are fluent in English (mandatory); Spanish would be an asset.

- You have excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities.

- You have a structured, analytical mindset and are oriented towards problem-solving.
