About the Role

We are seeking an HR professional to take ownership of a broad range of people-related activities, supporting both employees and leadership within a dynamic organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and contract management
• Handle HR administration tasks such as drafting employment agreements, issuing certificates, and managing absence records
• Ensure compliance with Swiss labour regulations and internal policies
• Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance and workplace issues
• Contribute to organisational development initiatives and HR projects
• Support change management and digital transformation efforts
• Assist in coordinating training activities and improving internal HR processes

Candidate Profile

• Formal qualification in Human Resources within Switzerland (e.g. federal HR certification)
• Previous experience in an HR role within a Swiss organisation
• Solid understanding of Swiss employment law and HR practices
• Experience supporting organisational change initiatives
• Good command of both German and English
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while providing high-quality support
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
• Reliable, discreet, and adaptable
• Collaborative mindset and team-oriented approach
