Full-Stack Developer (AI/LLM Focus)

We are looking for a skilled Full-Stack Developer to join our team and help build and scale an AI-driven platform. You will work across both frontend and backend, contributing to core product features and improving existing systems. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with modern technologies, thinking through complex logic, and building robust, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

QA Chatbot Development: Further develop and enhance an existing conversational interface (frontend and backend)
Go/No-Go Module: Design and implement a new feature for evaluating tenders and RFP assessments
Plausibility Checks: Build validation logic for quantities and key performance indicators (KPIs) in documents

Candidates who can independently design functional logic will have the opportunity to expand this scope significantly
Otherwise, implementation will follow clear specifications

LLM Batch Processing: Transition processing from synchronous single requests to asynchronous batch workflows
Frontend Development: Improve and expand UI components for analysis results, feedback systems, and dashboards

Frontend: TypeScript, Next.js 15, React 19, shadcn/ui
Databases: PostgreSQL, pgvector, Redis
Cloud: Azure, Google Cloud Platform
Infrastructure: Terraform, Docker, GitHub Actions
AI/ML: Multi-provider LLM integrations (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google), Langfuse, Pydantic AI
Monitoring: PostHog, Langfuse

Requirements

Must-have:

Strong experience with Python (FastAPI)
Solid frontend skills with TypeScript, React, and Next.js

Nice-to-have:

Experience with LLM integrations
Familiarity with PostgreSQL and vector databases
Experience with cloud infrastructure (Azure or GCP)
