Requirements

aEURc 3 to 5 years of software development experience with 2+ years of extensive experience on Java platform

aEURc Strong experience in programming languages and frameworks - Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Hibernate etc.

aEURc Responsible person for ensuring that engineering best practices are adhered to

aEURc Quick learner and highly motivated to keep himself/herself abreast with latest technologies

aEURc Strong advocate for secure coding practices and passionate about integrating security principles at every stage of the SDLC.

aEURc Good communication skills

aEURc Openness to explore and learn new technologies is expected

Required Skill Set

aEURc Previous experience in back-end development using Java and Sprint Framework

aEURc A good understanding of Java concepts

aEURc Experience in Web services producer and consumer development - RESTful with Spring and web services security

aEURc Experience with messaging systems such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar.

aEURc Experience with Design patterns (MVC, DAO, Singleton, Factory, Builder, etc.)

aEURc At least 2 years of experience with Spring Data JDBC or equivalent using Oracle or PostgreSQL

aEURc Experience in Unit and Integration testing with JUnit, Mockito

aEURc Familiar with enterprise integration patterns and Microservice Architecture

aEURc Familiar with the Agile environment

aEURc Familiar with CI/CD tools: JUnit, GitHub, Jenkins, Gradle, Artifactory

aEURc Familiar with Docker/OpenShift environments

aEURc Familiar with Cloud solutions as AWS is a plus

Responsibilities

aEURc Understand and, if needed, challenge the requirements from business

aEURc Actively participate in agile ceremonies, software detail design, software development, quality assurance, user acceptance and launching into production phases.

aEURc Build Java-based applications that cover all the basic architectural principles starting from high-volume & low-latency systems to critical systems in a high-availability environments

aEURc Contribute with the rest of the team to continuous improvements of the development process

aEURc Level 3 support for live applications
