Location and Work Setup: The position is based in the Bucharest Office (Calea Floreasca), near Aurel Vlaicu metro station, with a flexible hybrid way of working.

What Are We Looking For

Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in Quality Assurance, including both manual and automated testing methodologies
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field
Proven experience in defining, designing, and executing test scenarios
Proficiency with Java and strong knowledge of OOP concepts
Strong skills in API testing (REST/SOAP), with preference for Postman or Bruno
Hands-on experience working with API microservices, services, and middleware modules
Familiarity with testing mobile applications (Android & iOS) and web frontends (Angular)
Advantageous: Experience with automation tools such as Appium and Selenium
Technical proficiency with Jira, Confluence, SQL, Postman, Kibana, and the ELK stack
Experience with banking software (administration, processes, products, etc.)
Solid understanding of Agile Scrum methodology
Good command of English
Mandatory usage of AI tools throughout the development and optimization process
