Junior Data Analyst

Are you a student or recent graduate with a strong interest in sports and a curiosity about how data shapes performance and strategy?

We’re looking for a highly motivated, junior candidate - ideally a final-year student or recent graduate - who is genuinely passionate about sports and eager to start a career in sports analytics.

This entry-level role is designed for someone at the beginning of their journey in data analysis, with a particular interest in applying analytical thinking to sports. You’ll support the team in collecting, processing, and analyzing sports-related data, helping drive data-driven decisions and contributing to high-impact sports-related initiatives.

Working alongside experts in the field, you’ll gain hands-on exposure to real-world sports analytics projects, develop your technical skills, and build a strong foundation in a fast-paced, sports-related environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily monitoring of the clients and their patterns;
• Managing/following/adjusting positions and risks;
• Provide daily client performance reports and updates to senior management;
• Proactively solve issues, provide assistance by following our operational processes;
• Overviewing product stability, improving product quality;
• Cross-departmental collaboration to ensure and maintain exceptional customer experience;

Requirements:

• Availability to work night shifts, Friday through Sunday; 
• Math/Statistics skills and strong analytical skills, with the ability to work with large datasets;
• A strong interest in sports and eagerness to analyze sports-related data;
• Basic knowledge of Excel; familiarity with other data analysis tools is a plus but not mandatory;
• Fluency in both written and spoken English;
• Very high level of confidentiality and professionalism;
• Attention to detail and a willingness to continuously learn and adapt;
