Project Manager

Our client, a leading technology and consulting company in Switzerland, is preparing telecommunications program focused on network devices and router solutions. This initiative plays a key role in the modernization and efficiency of customer-facing telecom infrastructure.

You’ll coordinate the project end-to-end, working closely with a dedicated Product Owner. Together, you’ll form the leadership pair responsible for strategy, delivery, and stakeholder alignment. The role requires both strategic oversight (“helicopter view”) and strong organizational skills in an agile SAFe environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, execution, and delivery with a focus on telecom network devices (boxes/routers).
• Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to align roadmap, sprint goals, and stakeholder communication.
• Manage relationships with both the end customer and external suppliers to ensure smooth coordination.
• Oversee project reporting, risks, and dependencies across agile teams.
• Support and coordinate onboarding, ensuring smooth handover and mutual coverage within the PM/PO team.
• Represent the project in steering meetings and align with the client’s internal governance.
• Promote agile best practices (SAFe framework) across involved teams.

Location: Bern (approx. 2 days/week on-site)

Workload: Initially 100% during onboarding, then approx. 50% ongoing
