We are looking for a Senior Design Project Manager to take full ownership of large-scale, design-led projects within the Mission Critical Facilities space. This is a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge data centre developments, with end-to-end responsibility and strong international exposure.

🔧 Your role

You will act as the key point of leadership across complex design projects, ensuring successful delivery from concept through to completion.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and coordinating large multidisciplinary design teams
• Acting as the primary client interface, building long-term relationships
• Managing the full design lifecycle, ensuring quality and technical excellence
• Overseeing programme, budget, and risk to ensure successful delivery
• Collaborating with stakeholders, subconsultants, and international teams

🎯 What we’re looking for

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or similar technical field)
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in a design consultancy environment
• Strong background in complex design projects (data centres or mission-critical facilities preferred)
• Ability to lead through influence and coordination, not hierarchy
• Fluent German (essential for local stakeholders) + English for international collaboration
• Strong organisational and communication skills
