Agile Delivery Lead – EdTech Industry


Location: London (Hybrid, 2 days per week in the office, occasional travel to Cambridge and other locations)

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 + 10% bonus + Benefits (Pension scheme, 30 days annual leave + bank holidays)


Gravitas Recruitment Group is partnering with a global EdTech leader to find an experienced Agile Delivery Lead. This hybrid role (60% Scrum Master, 40% Product Owner) is perfect for someone passionate about driving digital transformation in education.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate multiple cross-functional teams to deliver complex product developments.
  • Foster collaboration, manage dependencies, and align teams with the product vision.
  • Champion Agile practices, facilitate ceremonies, and mentor teams.
  • Help translate product vision into actionable tasks and ensure backlogs are aligned.
  • Manage risks, quality assurance, and coordinate testing efforts across teams.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to communicate progress and adjust priorities based on insights and market dynamics.


Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Strong experience as a Scrum Master, ideally certified.
  • 3+ years of experience in running sprints, agile ceremonies, and managing cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid Scrum Master/Product Owner role.
  • Strong experience with agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and defining user stories.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.


Desirable Skills & Experience:

  • Experience with product manager backlog tools.
  • Exposure to non-software development projects.
  • Background in digital consultancies or similar environments.
  • Knowledge of the Education, Testing, or Academic sectors, particularly around LMS or Assessment tools.
  • Experience with discovery projects and managing inter-team dependencies.
