Work mode: hybrid – 3 days per week from the Wave Office in Gdansk or Unity Office in Krakow.

What You'll Do

• Research, evaluate, and test generative AI tools for game art and animation
• Lead end-to-end AI content development with the Senior Creative Director.
• Integrate generative AI into workflows to boost efficiency, scalability, and quality.
• Bridge creative and technical teams across Product, Development, and Engineering.
• Drive AI adoption through training, documentation, and best practices.
• Deliver high-quality AI-powered content and evolve scalable design systems.
• Promote responsible AI use and contribute to innovation strategy.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Strong 2D game art foundation with asset generation; mobile gaming experience.
• Expert in generative AI tools (GPT, Stable Diffusion, Leonardo.AI) across formats.
• Skilled in multi-format AI content creation, ideally in gaming/entertainment.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience building and scaling design systems, frameworks, and component libraries.
• Proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Blender.
• Knowledge of data-driven creative strategies, AI ethics, accessibility, and inclusive design.
• Agile experience managing multiple projects.
