Senior Program Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver complex IT and telecom projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills to ensure successful project execution within scope, time, and budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer expectations
• Coordinate and monitor daily project activities, workflows, and team performance
• Manage stakeholder communication, providing regular updates to sponsors and senior management
• Identify and remove project impediments to maintain team productivity
• Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation
• Manage vendor and supplier contracts, ensuring service quality and compliance
• Deliver impactful presentations to customers, business stakeholders, and leadership
• Assess project outcomes, identify risks, improvements, and new opportunities
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Drive process development, documentation, and optimization initiatives

Required Skills

• Experience in process optimization and reporting to senior leadership

Qualifications & Certifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in STEM, Computer Science, or related field
• ITIL v3 Foundation certification (mandatory)
• PMP / PRINCE2 / MSP / Six Sigma certifications preferred
• Strong financial background is required

Experience

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in IT or telecom industry
• Proven customer-facing project management experience
• Experience working with international and distributed teams
• Strong background in process improvement, reporting, and stakeholder communication
