Location: Canada (Remote)

Compensation: CAD $70 – $85 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Guide and coach development teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement
• Remove impediments and help the team maintain productivity and focus during sprint cycles
• Work closely with Product Owners to manage product backlogs, prioritize user stories, and ensure clear requirements
• Track team progress using Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms
• Promote collaboration between cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Monitor team performance, sprint velocity, and delivery metrics to ensure consistent project progress
• Foster a positive Agile culture focused on transparency, accountability, and delivery of high-quality products
