Junior Project Manager

We are currently looking for a highly organised and motivated Junior Project Manager to support the ongoing delivery of our automotive projects. This role is an excellent next step for a strong Project Administrator or Coordinator.

Responsibilities:

• Track daily project progress against budget
• Provide reliable and detailed reports to the team
• Maintain records and databases accurately
• Assist with budget allocation
• Ensure compliance with Expleo Business Processes
• Raise Purchase Orders and match payments
• Follow up on outstanding invoices
• Check and follow up on Engineer timesheets
• Provide full lifecycle project administration to support a busy engineering team

Essential Skills:

• Proactive self-starter with excellent attention to detail
• Detailed knowledge of Excel, Outlook, and Teams
• Strong administrative background
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities

Desired Skills:

• Project Management qualifications such as APM or Prince 2 are advantageous but not essential
