Role Overview:

We are seeking a creative and technically skilled AR Experience Designer / Mixed Reality Developer / Spatial Interaction Specialist to join our Singapore team. This hybrid role involves designing, developing, and deploying AR/MR experiences that enhance visualization, training, and user interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop AR and mixed reality experiences for projects across construction, infrastructure, and operations.
• Implement spatial interaction solutions that enhance user engagement and interactivity.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and project management teams to integrate AR/MR solutions.
• Test and optimize AR/MR applications for performance, usability, and scalability.
• Stay updated on emerging AR/MR technologies, tools, and best practices.
• Prepare documentation, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Interaction Design, Game Design, or related field.
• Experience with AR/MR development platforms (Unity, Unreal Engine, ARKit, ARCore, etc.) and spatial interaction design.
• Strong programming skills in C#, C++, or Python.
• Knowledge of 3D modeling, animation, and UX/UI design for immersive experiences.
• Strong problem-solving, creative, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in hybrid or remote environments.
