Responsibilities
- Perform production support for HR Lifecycle and Roled Based management to in-house IAM tools within SLA.
- Support the preparations of data and perform regular reconciliation for Audits.
- Track and drive the closure for Audit RFI for department
- Drive initiatives to improve Audit response time
- Track issue raised by users and follow up until closure.
- Document and maintain operating procedures
- Develop scripts to automate work
Requirements
- Working experience in production support roles in large enterprise IAM environment
- Ability to work on weekend and weeknights to deploy changes to production environment
- Good Experience in Audits.
- Good to have Scripting skills for automation
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience is a MUST
- Good working knowledge of Access Management lifecycle and process
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
- Experience in banking or financial services institutions preferred
