We are looking for Field Service Analyst + Network (Lan/Wlan/Wan) - Jeceaba-MG, who wants to learn and transform his career.

In this role you will:

Responsible for supporting the service levels and availability of the networking infrastructure (preferably Cisco).

Perform operation, configuration, and support (second level) activities for services components of the Contracting Party's Citrix Systems platform, including, but not limited to, XenApp and XenDesktop platforms, Netscaler computers, And all components of the Citrix Systems platform that are installed during the term of the agreement:

- Virtual desktops on Hyper-V and Moonshot HPE, ESX - VMWare

- Virtual applications

- Virtual servers

- Load Balancer with Advanced Monitoring (Netscaler)

- Reverse Proxy (Netscaler)

- Web Application Firewall

- Other services implemented during the evolution of the Citrix Systems platform. .

And much better if you stand out for:

Engineer or technologist of systems or telecommunications, in computer science or related, with experience in management of local area networks (wired/wireless) and extended datacenter supporting critical business environments.

Stack TCP v4/v6

Experience supporting availability of the networking infrastructure (preferably Cisco).

Perform operation, configuration, and support (second level) activities for services components of the Network LAN/Wan, Wlan Cisco /Meraki, Cisco Manager, Riverbed, Firewalls Palo Alto/Scripts Cisco Routers, HP Routers/Switches, Contracting Party's Citrix Systems platform, including, but not limited to, XenApp and XenDesktop platforms, Netscaler computers, And all components of the Citrix Systems platform that are installed during the term of the agreement:

- Virtual desktops on Hyper-V and Moonshot HPE, ESX - VMWare

- Virtual applications

- Virtual servers

- Load Balancer with Advanced Monitoring (Netscaler)

- Reverse Proxy (Netscaler)

- Web Application Firewall

- Other services implemented during the evolution of the Citrix Systems platform.

VMware NSX-T .

English Advanced/fluent;

Desirable Skills:

Experience with environment more 3.000 network/devices

Experience with Ansible/Terraform for patches/upgrade version

Experience with versioning using GitHub or similar

Good Communication

Support Tools to provide Monitoring devices and granularity
