Description

Our customer is a world leading provider of 4G/5G chips and modules for IoT market. Within the Product Validation and Qualification team, you will contribute to the new integrated automation system development. Take part in requirements gathering and negotiation, definition of software development approach, high-level architecture, continuous integration process, and deployment questions. Investigate new possible approaches and libraries to be involved in the future system. Create proof of concepts for newly proposed approaches and libraries. Intensively cooperate with software development, integration, and testing teams to match all scope of requirements for newly development system.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or other related field
• Knowledge of the Python language and OOP principles
• Knowledge of software testing techniques and methodologies
• Experience in Linux (or other Unix-based) OS configuration and administration
• Intermediate English or above
  
  
  

Desired skills:

• Experience with developing for an embedded system will be a major plus
• Knowledge of Python will be a major plus
• Knowledge of the computer networks and network protocols (TCP/IP)
• Understanding of principles of different SDLCs
  
  
  

Job responsibilities

• Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of software applications using Python
• Write clean, readable, and well-documented code following established coding standards
• Participate in debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including QA, DevOps
• Contribute to code reviews and implement feedback from senior developers
• Perform unit testing and assist in integration testing to ensure software quality
• Work with version control systems (e.g., Git) for source code management
• Document technical processes, features, and workflows
• Learn and apply best practices in software development, security, and performance optimization
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and Python ecosystem tools
