🚀 About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead the design of intuitive, high-impact digital products across mobile and web platforms. You will own the end-to-end design process—from user research and wireframing to polished UI and interaction design.

This role requires someone who can blend UX thinking, visual design, and product strategy to deliver exceptional user experiences.

🧠 What You’ll Do

• Own the end-to-end design lifecycle: research → wireframes → prototypes → final UI
• Design intuitive, scalable, and visually polished interfaces for mobile and web apps
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and business teams
• Translate product requirements into clear user flows and interaction designs
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven iterations
• Define and maintain design systems and UI consistency
• Optimize user journeys for engagement, retention, and conversion
• Stay updated with latest UX trends, tools, and best practices

✅ Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design / UX/UI Design
• Strong portfolio showcasing real-world shipped products (mobile or web)
• Deep understanding of:
• UX principles
• Interaction design
• Visual hierarchy & typography
• Proficiency in tools like:
• Figma (preferred)
• Adobe XD / Sketch
• Experience working in fast-paced startup environments
• Strong communication and ability to justify design decisions
• Familiarity with developer handoff and design implementation constraints

⭐ Nice to Have

• Experience in mobile games / gamification / idle or tycoon games
• Knowledge of data-driven design (A/B testing, analytics tools)
• Basic understanding of frontend (React, Unity UI, etc.)
• Experience designing for monetization flows (IAP, subscriptions, ads)
