. Project Delivery & Execution (Non-Technical)

• Manage SAP projects end-to-end including planning, scheduling, execution, and reporting.
• Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and change requests.
• Ensure delivery governance across SAP transformation programs (ECC to S/4HANA, rollouts, upgrades, AMS transitions, etc.).
• Oversee vendor/partner delivery performance and ensure SLA compliance.

2. PMO Governance & Standards

• Establish and maintain project governance frameworks, templates, and documentation standards.
• Own project dashboards, project health indicators, RACI matrices, and communication plans.
• Facilitate program governance meetings, stage gates, and steering committee reviews.
• Maintain RAID logs, financial trackers, project registers, and status reports.

SAP Domain Awareness (Bridge Role Only)

• Use SAP functional understanding only for:
• Reviewing high-level requirements
• Understanding integration impacts
• Providing context to business/non-technical leadership
• Supporting UAT planning and cutover coordination
• Zero hands-on SAP configuration, testing, or solution design.
