Project Manager

Company Overview: We are a modern global creative and media agency, operating as a social-first, integrated marketing partner. We help brands stay relevant by translating audience insight into strategies that drive measurable business outcomes. Our work is grounded in a deep understanding of how people engage with content, platforms, and brands in a rapidly evolving media landscape.

About the Role: We are hunting for a passionate and driven Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead a global brand account, continually reviewing and optimizing the work produced while collaborating with the project management team to establish effective ways to lead teams and processes. You should be someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and loves the challenge of discovering what moves consumers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write and execute statements of work, scope, tasks, timelines, and budgets based on specific project requirements.
  • Make magic happen across internal cross-functional teams during the project lifecycle, including creative, social, digital content, and builds.
  • Display business acumen by understanding how individual project pieces affect the big picture across the entire business.
  • Live and breathe agency processes, including creative production and digital builds, while constantly looking for ways to optimize them.
  • Own final project assets, ensuring all folders on the server, shared documents in the drive, and contracts are organized and tracked.
  • Lead essential meetings, such as kick-offs and brainstorms, with a focus on driving deliverables to completion.
  • Collaborate with creative leads to manage team tasks, next steps, bandwidth, and necessary resources.
  • Track scopes sharply when changes occur, knowing exactly how to pivot and guide the team.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience managing projects and coordinating teams, preferably in the digital advertising or media space.
  • Proven experience in budget development and contract (SOW) writing.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Practical, hands-on experience in project management with an "out of the box" leadership style.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills.
  • Hungry for great work (and good food) with a healthy life balance outside of work.

Work Authorization: Please note that we are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position. All applicants must currently possess the legal right to work in Australia.
