Investment Product Growth Manager

An exciting opportunity is open for an Investment Product Growth Manager to drive the evolution of investment products within a dynamic banking environment in Brussels. This role focuses on bridging investment expertise, customer communication, and digital experience to deliver clear, engaging, and high-impact product journeys for clients.

Your responsibilities as an Investment Product Growth Manager :

1. Customer Communication & Product Content Coordination

• Translate complex investment concepts (ETFs, mutual funds, equities, discretionary portfolio management, markets) into clear, customer-friendly messaging
• Create and deliver weekly investment content including market insights, product highlights, and educational materials
• Act as the primary liaison with Marketing for all investment-related content
• Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency of product information across website and mobile platforms
• Align commercial communication with regulatory product documentation

1. Website, Mobile App & UX Coordination

• Drive collaboration between Product and UX/UI teams to enhance product visibility, usability, and clarity
• Identify gaps in digital investment journeys and recommend improvements
• Ensure platforms reflect up-to-date product data, relevant market context, and user-centric design principles

1. Commercial Launches & Campaign Support

• Partner with Product Managers and Marketing teams to design and execute investment campaigns
• Support product launches, feature rollouts, and customer communication strategies
• Track campaign performance and suggest data-driven optimizations

1. Ad-Hoc Support & Senior Management Reporting

• Develop presentations, dashboards, and reports on market trends and product performance for senior stakeholders
• Lead or contribute to cross-functional and strategic initiatives requiring investment expertise
• Support high-impact projects driven by senior leadership

1. Investments Value Proposition Roll-Out & Internal Coordination

• Contribute to the development and enhancement of investment services (Execution Only, Advisory, Discretionary)
• Bring customer insights into product roadmap discussion
• Participate in and lead strategic investment initiatives
• Act as a coordination partner to the Head of Products within the Belgian Product Team, ensuring alignment and execution of the Wealth roadmap
• Facilitate collaboration across teams to ensure priorities, dependencies, and timelines are met

About you :

• You have a strong passion for financial markets and investment products, combined with a continuous drive to deepen your knowledge
• You hold a Master's degree (or equivalent) in finance, economics, business, or a related field
• You demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, along with Dutch or French
• You bring at least five years of experience in banking, wealth management, asset management, business development, or product development
• You are comfortable working with digital platforms and understand online customer engagement and user experience
• You possess advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• You are able to negotiate effectively and perform well under pressure
• You are proactive, self-driven, and capable of working independently
