You’re someone who loves turning data into real business value. You enjoy diving into complex challenges, shaping end‑to‑end solutions, and helping organizations grow through smarter decision‑making. You feel at home in the Microsoft data ecosystem and you’re energized by the idea of guiding customers on their data‑driven journey, from first conversations to impactful results.
What will you be doing?
As a Data & Analytics Consultant, you’ll contribute to the design and delivery of modern data solutions. You’ll work closely with senior colleagues while taking ownership of your own tasks, gaining confidence and expertise as you go.
Depending on your strengths and interests, you might be involved in:
- Data Engineering: you integrate data from different sources — structured, semi-structured, and unstructured. You help build data platforms using tools from the Microsoft ecosystem, Azure Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, and more.
- Data Visualization: you turn data into clear, actionable insights. You build intuitive dashboards and reports using Power BI, focusing on usability and storytelling. You enjoy working with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into meaningful visuals.
- Analytics and Data Science: you support customers with descriptive analytics and explore more advanced techniques. You’re comfortable using tools like Python, Databricks, or Azure ML basics, and you’re curious to grow further into predictive or prescriptive analytics.
With the guidance and coaching of our senior colleagues, you’ll gradually develop:
- More autonomy in delivering end to end components of a solution
- The ability to advise customers with confidence
- Stronger technical depth across the Microsoft data stack
- Customer workshop and communication skills
Who are we?
From creating the most basic reports to building a data architecture from scratch – you name it, we’ve done it. We’re the one-stop-shop for everything related to data. In the Microsoft Data & Analytics team, you’ll join more than 100 data engineers, analysts and scientists, working on innovative projects alongside one another.
We love to dive deep into data to help clients get to know their company from the inside out. This makes every project a new learning experience we get to share with each other. And we definitely love to share. Through team meetings, data snack sessions, going to conferences and reporting back on them and discussions (called DataCafés) we keep each other in the loop.
We work where we work best, when we work best. delaware has its offices in Antwerp, Ghent, Kortrijk, Liège, Lummen, and Wavre. But it’s important to note we also spend a lot of time connecting and working together with customers on-site.
Is there a match?
Let’s see. If you…
- Have +2 years of experience working in data engineering, analytics, BI, or a related field;
- Have experience with part of the Microsoft data stack and are eager to learn the rest;
- Understand concepts such ETL / ELT, star schema’s,... and have experience with SQL and Python;
- Are solution minded and comfortable working with both technical and non technical stakeholders;
- Enjoy problem solving and taking initiative;
- Are fluent in Dutch or French, and English;
- Have experience in consulting or service oriented environments, a plus but not required.
Then we could be a match! And you should get in touch.
