Our team spans Luxembourg, one of the world's largest fund domiciles, Germany, a major European fund market, and Estonia, our technology hub. We are growing - fast.

Who We’re Looking For
This role is for you if you thrive without a script. You enjoy working across the full breadth of people operations - from onboarding and compliance to culture, payroll, and engagement.
You’re comfortable working closely with managers and employees across multiple countries and enjoy a role that is hands-on, cross-functional, and genuinely varied.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Lifecycle Management:
Prepare and manage employment-related documentation, maintain accurate employee records in HiBob, and ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes.
Workplace Environment:
Oversee office operations, ensuring a functional, efficient, and well-organized workplace. Be responsible for workplace health and safety, ensuring all requirements and regulations are met.
HR Policies and Process Development:
Design, implement, and continuously improve HR policies and processes in line with company needs and legal requirements, while supporting managers in their practical application.
Payroll Coordination:
Collaborate with the accounting team to support and manage payroll processes.
Employee Well-being and Engagement:
Drive initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction, promote teamwork, and strengthen company culture. Prepare and analyze engagement surveys.
Benefits and Compensation Management:
Manage compensation and benefits frameworks, advising and supporting both employees and managers.
Team Events and Culture Initiatives:
Organize and support team events and internal initiatives that foster collaboration, engagement, and a strong company culture.
HR Budget Management:
Plan, monitor, and manage the HR budget.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of HR principles and best practices
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Strong self-management skills
- Experience in project management
- Proficiency in HR software and strong computer skills
- Fluency in Estonian and English, both written and spoken
- International experience is a strong plus
