We are seeking an experienced Senior Developer with expertise in Python, Django, Flask to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building scalable and efficient systems, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to improving engineering processes. This role will involve designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions using modern tools, frameworks, and cloud technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Software Development:
o Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure applications using Python, SQL.
o Implement basic functionalities in front-end technologies, particularly React.
• Cloud and Infrastructure Management:
o Work with cloud platforms, especially AWS, to design and manage infrastructure as code.
o Automate deployment pipelines and workflows using tools like PowerShell and Shell scripting.
• Microservices and APIs:
o Develop and maintain microservices architectures and RESTful APIs.
o Ensure seamless integration and communication between services.
• DevOps and CI/CD:
o Utilize source control tools such as GitHub and implement CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Argo CD, TeamCity, and Artifactory.
o Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize systems using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and Splunk.
• Collaboration and Documentation:
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams using tools like Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow.
o Document processes, workflows, and systems for effective knowledge sharing.
• Containerization:
o Build and deploy applications using Docker and manage container orchestration with Kubernetes/EKS.
• Process Improvement:
o Continuously improve engineering processes, tools, and standards to enhance team productivity and software quality.
Required Qualifications:
• Technical Skills:
o Proven experience in Python, Django, Flask, FastAPI, Restful API, GraphQL
o Strong understanding of web, HTML, CSS, Javascript
o Proficiency in SQL, MySQL, Django ORM, MongoDB o Basic implementation of React.
o Strong knowledge of cloud technologies, particularly AWS.
o Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
o Familiarity with automation scripting using PowerShell and Shell scripting.
• Development Tools and Frameworks:
o Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Argo CD, TeamCity, and Artifactory.
o Proficiency in monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Splunk.
o Familiarity with container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes/EKS.
• Soft Skills:
o Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
o Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. o Passion for continuous learning and improvement.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of security best practices for application and cloud development.
• Experience working with large-scale distributed systems.
