Product Manager

Job responsibilities.

1. Master the All-terrain crane product technology development direction, formulate product strategic planning and implementation in line with the European and American markets;
2. Responsible for the successful development of conceptual prototype, technical prototype and trial prototype of All-terrain cranes for the global market, and complete the verification and acceptance of the prototype;
3. Responsible for the development and management of All-terrain crane batch models, to achieve product technical indicators, progress and cost targets;
4. Responsible for All-terrain crane product system scheme design, detailed design, detail design and interior and exterior design, to achieve product performance, schedule and cost targets;
5. Responsible for the invention and application of All-terrain crane patent technology, to achieve product market competitiveness goals;

Position Requirements.

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 10 years of All-terrain crane R & D project manager related work experience;
2. Familiar with All-terrain crane product structure and performance, with mechanical product design and production process practice experience;
3. Familiar with All-terrain crane product development process, master product data development methodology;
4. Familiar with all road crane product project management process, with project risk management and crisis management capabilities;
5. With good communication skills, organisational and coordination skills and teamwork skills;
