Technical Product Manager

We are working with a fast growing B2B SaaS company operating in the integration and automation space, helping businesses streamline workflows, connect systems, and improve operational efficiency across their supply chains.

They are now looking for a Technical Project Manager to sit at the intersection of product, engineering, and customer delivery. This is a highly collaborative role focused on driving projects forward, translating customer and business needs into technical execution, and ensuring successful delivery across a modern product environment.

The Role

You will play a central role in coordinating technical projects, working closely with product, engineering, and customer facing teams. A key part of the role is ensuring that customer requirements are clearly defined, prioritised, and delivered in a scalable and efficient way.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the bridge between customer facing teams and internal product and engineering teams

• Translate business and customer requirements into clear technical deliverables

• Manage and drive multiple technical projects from scoping through to delivery

• Ensure alignment across stakeholders, timelines, and priorities

• Identify opportunities to improve processes, tooling, and delivery efficiency

• Work closely with product leadership to support roadmap execution

• Support continuous improvement of internal workflows and operational processes

Tech Environment

• Modern B2B SaaS platform focused on integrations and workflow automation

• Cross functional teams working across product, engineering, and customer solutions

• Exposure to API driven systems, integrations, and data workflows

• Environment suited to candidates with a background in PHP or TypeScript

What They Are Looking For

• Experience as a Technical Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or similar role in a SaaS environment

• Prior technical background in PHP or TypeScript, or experience working closely with teams using those technologies

• Strong ability to translate technical and non technical requirements across teams

• Comfortable working closely with engineering teams and understanding technical concepts

• Proven experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast paced environment

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Experience working with integrations, APIs, or data driven platforms is a plus

• Interest in automation, AI driven workflows, or modern SaaS products
