Crypto Community Manager

As part of our continued growth within the Web3 and blockchain ecosystem, we are seeking a Crypto Community Manager to join our international team. This role is ideal for a candidate who is passionate about crypto communities, understands Web3 culture, and can effectively engage, grow, and manage online audiences across multiple platforms.

This is a fully remote position open to international candidates.

• Build, manage, and grow online communities across platforms such as Discord, Telegram, Twitter (X), and Reddit.
• Develop and execute community engagement strategies to increase user activity, retention, and brand awareness.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the company and its community, ensuring timely and professional communication.
• Moderate discussions, enforce community guidelines, and maintain a positive and inclusive environment.
• Organize and host community events such as AMAs, webinars, contests, and product launches.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and business development teams to align messaging and campaigns.
• Gather community feedback and insights to inform product development and strategic decisions.
• Monitor trends within the crypto and Web3 space to keep the community informed and engaged.
• Track and report key community metrics such as growth, engagement, and sentiment.

• Proven experience as a Community Manager, preferably within crypto, Web3, or tech environments.
• Strong understanding of blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and Web3 culture.
• Experience managing communities on platforms such as Discord, Telegram, and Twitter (X).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to handle high-volume communication and moderate discussions effectively.
• Familiarity with community management tools, bots, and analytics platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fully remote, fast-paced environment.

• Experience working with NFT projects, DeFi platforms, or crypto startups.
• Basic knowledge of marketing, content creation, or social media strategy.
• Experience organizing online events or campaigns in Web3 communities.
• Multilingual skills are a plus.

• Competitive annual salary: €105,000 – €115,000
