Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering and/or similar sciences
• Minimum 1 year of experience in related IT Field.
• Design, documentation, build and implement high quality RPA solutions
• Engage with business and RPA teams
• Experience of Microsoft SQL Server and Data Tools (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS)
• Experienced in Innovative Technologies such as OCR, IoT, ML, AI, Cloud Computing,
• NET and MVC Architecture would be advantageous
• Monitors and manages project progress against plans identifies issues and takes corrective action

Job Description

• Working closely with the customer, BU, BU IT, ISM, SCS and service desks within EMEA / Africa Regions
• Provide 1st level based upon for all IT issues
• Managing the performance of the IT systems including SCI, WMS, TMS, EDI and RF against SLA or OIA
• Justify and project manages system improvements and updates
• Ensuring system training is available
• Ensuring local software is tinted in line with approved tmtscript and user acceptance testing
• Manage change reports through user requirement, specification, cost approval, development, testing documentation updates and implementation
• Escalation of issues that cannot to be resolved within the definition of the IT Manager role
• Active participation in program enhancement solutions through to design and implementation by working proactively with the BU
