Job Title: HR Manager (Medical/Healthcare)
Location: Dubai - UAE (ONSITE)
Job Summary:
The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all human resource functions within a healthcare organization, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and performance management, ensuring alignment with healthcare regulations and organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment and onboarding of medical and non-medical staff
- Ensure compliance with healthcare laws, labor regulations, and accreditation standards
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
- Develop HR policies and maintain employee records
- Oversee training, credentialing, and performance evaluations
- Manage payroll, benefits, and staff scheduling coordination
- Support organizational culture and staff retention initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- CHRM or CIPD certification preferred.
- Minimum of 8–10 years of HR experience, including at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and employment regulations.
- Proven experience in handling employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Experience in developing HR policies and building HR processes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
