About the role
We are looking for a mid to senior level Project Manager who can independently own and run projects end to end.
At Amply, we design and build marketing websites and brand experiences for B2B technology companies. Our work sits at the intersection of strategy, design, and development, and our Project Managers play a key role in making sure projects run smoothly, teams stay focused, and clients feel confident throughout the process.
This role is for someone who feels comfortable leading complex website, branding and digital design projects across design and development. You will not only coordinate tasks, but also shape timelines, manage budgets, guide clients, support the team, and take responsibility for the overall success of the project.
What you will do
- Own projects from kickoff to launch and beyond, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and at a high quality level.
- Be the main point of contact for clients, leading communication, setting expectations, and building strong, trust based relationships.
- Plan and manage timelines, budgets, scopes, and resources across multiple projects at the same time.
- Work closely with designers and developers to define scope, clarify requirements, and ensure the team has everything they need to work efficiently.
- Coordinate team workload and support resource planning together with design and development leads.
- Identify risks early, solve problems proactively, and keep projects moving forward even in ambiguous or changing situations.
- Support upsell and cross sell opportunities by understanding client goals and identifying where we can bring more value.
- Contribute to improving internal processes, documentation, and project standards as we continue to grow.
Who we are looking for
- This role is not suitable for junior candidates or people who have only worked as project coordinators. We are looking for someone who has already independently led projects and is comfortable taking full ownership of scope, timeline, budget, and client communication.
- 3 to 6+ years of experience managing website, branding, and marketing projects, ideally in an agency or consultancy environment.
- Strong understanding of the full website project lifecycle, from discovery and strategy, through design in Figma, to development and launch.
- High level understanding of how website design works in Figma, including components, design systems, responsive design, and developer handoff.
- Basic understanding of website development. Experience with Webflow is a strong plus.
- General understanding of graphic design and motion design processes so you can effectively plan and manage those types of projects as well.
- Confidence in leading multiple projects at once without losing clarity, control, or quality.
- Strong skills in planning budgets, timelines, and project scopes, and keeping them transparent for both the team and the client.
- Proactive communication style and a partnership approach toward clients, not just task coordination.
- Business thinking and ability to understand client goals, priorities, and opportunities for further work.
- Fluent English (written and spoken). Polish is a plus.
- Ability to work within EST Time Zone.
In this role, you will be a steady point of contact for clients and a supportive shield for the team, helping both sides stay aligned, focused, and confident throughout the project. This role is best suited for someone who enjoys taking ownership, building structure around complex projects, and working closely with both clients and internal teams.

Compensation & Benefits
Yearly salary: 30,000 to 48,000 USD per year depending on experience.
