Deine zukünftige Rolle.

• Bei uns gestaltest du die HR-Welt aktiv mit und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Mitarbeiter*innen vom ersten Tag an gut begleitet sind.
• Du übernimmst die eigenständige Durchführung der gesamten Personaladministration – vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt.
• Erstellung aller Unterlagen entlang des Employee Lifecycles.
• Pflege der Personalstammdaten in Workday und Sicherstellung einer hohen Datenqualität
• Aufbereitung aller relevanten Dokumente für die Lohnverrechnung
• Erstellung aussagekräftiger HR‑Reports und Unterstützung des HR‑Controllings
• Für Mitarbeiter*innen und Führungskräfte bist du eine verlässliche Ansprechperson in administrativen HR-Fragen.
• Mit deinen Ideen bringst du frischen Wind in unsere HR-Prozesse
  
  

Das bringt dich in die Poleposition.

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt im Personalbereich
• Mindestens 5 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung im HR Bereich, idealerweise im Konzernumfeld
• Sehr gute Workday‑Kenntnisse; Erfahrung mit Sage und Interflex von Vorteil
• Hohe Affinität zu Prozessoptimierungen sowie Offenheit für Veränderung
• Strukturierte, genaue und Freudezuverlässige Arbeitsweise
• Hands‑on‑Mentalität und an Teamarbeit
• Sehr gute Deutsch‑ und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  
  

Gehalt

Für diese Position bieten wir ein Mindest-gehalt von € 3.200,00 brutto pro Monat, je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
