Mon5 is a startup specialising in OT cybersecurity for industrial environments. We're building a solid technical team to develop AI-powered solutions applied to network traffic analysis and industrial assets. If you enjoy working with complex data, building models that work in production, and contributing to a project with real impact on European industrial infrastructure security — this is the right role for you.

🔧 What you'll be doing

• Design and development of AI/ML algorithms for traffic and industrial data analysis
• Implementation of scalable data engineering pipelines (ingestion, processing, feature extraction)
• Analysis and modelling of time series and sequential data
• Development and training of predictive models: forecasting, anomaly detection, pattern recognition
• Integration of models into production environments (MLOps)
• Experimentation with continual learning and online learning techniques
• Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams (software, data, domain experts)

🎯 You're the right fit if

• You have 1–2 years of experience in AI Engineering, Machine Learning or Data Engineering roles
• You have a solid command of Python and the main ML libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn)
• You have experience with data pipelines (ETL/ELT, streaming or batch) and time series analysis
• You are familiar with distributed architectures and cloud tools (AWS, GCP or Azure)
• You have an experimental, iterative mindset — you like to test, measure and improve
• 🇮🇹 Italian language is a required skill — the role involves close collaboration with Italian-speaking partners and clients
• ➕ Plus: experience with traffic data (network, mobility or industrial) and familiarity with continual learning
