IQ Solutions is looking for a eFront - Business Analyst (m/f/d)

About The Role

• Contribute to upgrades on the Front Invest Alternatives ecosystem,
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, IT developers, from the business need until the production roll-out (implementation phase),
• Analyse business requirement (impact/priority assessment), attending to users’ requests, and check documents requirement (BRD),
• Contribute to solutions design for acceptance criteria and run test cases,
• Assist with integration and user testing,
• Write appropriate documents for handover to support teams and operations,
• Assist the support teams with platform issues requiring level 3 / in-depth analysis,
• Ensure Proper Communication and global notices to the Operational Users.

About You

• 2 till 5 years of experience as Business Analyst in Banking Systems and Private Capital,
• Good expertise & knowledge on eFront Invest (FIA) software,
• Knowledge of other tools as Octane Testing, JIRA Lanta, Agile practices will be a big +,
• Private Capital experience (investors/banking services, fund accounting, depositary),
• Knowledge of ISAE3402 standard,
• Fluent in French & English (mandatory).
