  • Thinks beyond prototypes and delivers product-ready models
  • Communicates clearly and works well in a team
  • Brings ideas, helps us identify blind spots and challenges assumptions

Your background

  • MSc in data science, AI or related field, plus 3-5+ years work experience; or a PhD in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics
  • Strong foundation in machine learning and statistics
  • Experience with real-world datasets - complex, noisy, large-scale
  • Experience building and deploying models

Tech stack & expertise

  • Python and libraries (eg numpy, pandas, matplotlib)
  • Code versioning tools (eg Git)
  • Deep learning framework (eg PyTorch, TensorFlow)
  • Experience in software development (eg testing, documentation, agile). MLOps is a plus
  • Computer Vision experience is a bonus
  • Data visualisation

Practicalities

  • Based in The Netherlands or the United Kingdom.
  • Mostly remote, with flexibility in how your structure your work
  • High level of ownership and autonomy

What we offer

  • A team you’ll actually enjoy working with
  • Work that has a positive, visible impact on the real world
  • A healthy, flexible way of working
  • Competitive salary and strong employment conditions
