What the Successful Software Developer can expect from their duties within the role:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions and microservices to solve business problems.
• Building and maintaining APIs and data services to process and deliver financial data efficiently.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to continuously improve systems and adopt latest technologies.
• Working across a full tech stack with client-facing and internal systems that provide meaningful business impact.

The Successful Software Developer will have experience in this tech stack:

• Strong programming skills in Java, C#, Python, or C++.
• Experience with SQL databases and cloud platforms (Azure or AWS).
• Understanding of object-oriented design, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent industry experience.

Some Additional experience that is highly desirable but not required for this role:

• Exposure to scalable or event-driven architectures.
• Experience working directly with non-technical stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Prior experience in financial services or capital markets.
