Position Summary

Provide general support to the HR team (including risk management) and providing advice when required for Australia and New Zealand locations. Develops training materials and other written communication. Assists in internal and external reporting requirements.

Job Duties/Essential Functions

  • Ability to interpret the Employee Agreement/Handbook/Collective Agreement and/or Company policies and procedures and provide advice when necessary.
  • Reviewing procedures to ensure Costco is compliant with legislation and updating training materials for consistency.
  • Assist and work with the HR team with various projects.
  • Drafts various written communications, including letters or other communications
  • Uses judgment and discretion to interpret, create, apply and communicate Costco
