About Us

Dropout Code is an independent game studio founded in 2021. We make games that are fun, creative, and made with love. We've shipped Çimen Adventures™, and are working on Hammam Simulator™. We also develop B2B gaming solutions and innovative platforms like CafeGameHub™.

What You'll Do

This isn't your typical junior role. You'll own a game project from start to finish. You'll be responsible for building almost the entire product yourself, from core mechanics and systems to optimization and launch. You'll work closely with our team for guidance and feedback, but the game is yours to build and ship.

• Design and develop game mechanics, systems, and features.
• Write clean, maintainable code in C# using Unity.
• Optimize performance for different platforms.
• Handle asset integration and game architecture.
• Ship a real game to real players.
• Learn by doing in a production environment.

What We're Looking For

• Passion for game development and ownership mentality.
• Solid foundation in C# and Unity (personal projects, game jams, or coursework).
• Entrepreneurial mindset, you build like a builder and owner, not just a coder.
• Comfortable with AI tools (Opus, Mixboard, etc.) and can leverage them effectively.
• Problem-solver who enjoys challenges and takes initiative.
• Git and version control basics.
• Bonus: Shipped a game or have a portfolio to show.
• Bonus: Self-taught or didn't go to traditional university.
