We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our Product Management team — someone who thrives on uncovering insights, defining metrics, and turning data into product impact.

In this role, you’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to transform raw data into actionable insights that guide strategic decisions and drive product growth.

This position is ideal for someone who loves working at the intersection of data and product, and who is passionate about using analytics to shape how financial products evolve across diverse platforms and services.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze large and complex datasets to uncover insights that shape product strategy, growth, and performance.
• Build and maintain SQL queries, data models, and dashboards to monitor product health and key business metrics.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define data needs, validate hypotheses, and measure feature impact.
• Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for product and business teams.
• Support experimentation, A/B testing, and cohort analysis to evaluate new features and product initiatives.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across multiple sources by working closely with data engineering and analytics teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of our data-driven decision-making culture within Product Management.

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years of experience in data analytics.
• Strong proficiency in SQL — ability to write, optimize, and structure complex queries efficiently.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Qlik Sense, Power BI, Tableau, Looker or Mixpanel) is a strong plus.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Python for data manipulation and analysis is a plus.
• Solid understanding of data modeling, metrics definition, and experiment design.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment where data drives decisions.
• Technical English proficiency and clear communication skills.
