Product Manager

We’re working with a high-growth digital platform at the intersection of fintech and consumer technology, building large-scale payment and financial services products across the region.

They are looking for a Product Manager with strong exposure to card products to drive end-to-end ownership of card-based offerings across prepaid, debit/credit, and multi-currency use cases.

Strong working experience with BIN (Bank Identification Number) in card issuance is mandatory.

What you’ll be doing

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for card and payments products
• Drive end-to-end product lifecycle – from discovery to launch and scaling
• Work closely with engineering, design, compliance, and business teams
• Define user journeys, requirements, and success metrics
• Analyse product performance and continuously optimize user experience and revenue outcomes
• Collaborate with partners across the ecosystem including processors, schemes, and external stakeholders
• Ensure alignment with regulatory and compliance frameworks

What we’re looking for

• 4-8 years of relevant product management experience, ideally in cards / payments / fintech
• Hands-on experience with card products (prepaid, credit, salary, or multi-currency)
• Strong understanding of payments ecosystem (issuance, acquiring, processors, schemes)
• Proven ability to launch and scale products
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional environments

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, digital wallets, or payment platforms
• Exposure to regulatory environments in financial services
• Familiarity with agile product development
