🚀 AI Engineer – LLMs / Agentic Systems

I’m working with a leading global investment manager building out a specialist AI / Talent Analytics function - focused on developing production-grade LLM tools that directly support business and workforce decision-making.

This isn’t a research-only role - it’s about taking LLMs into production.

💡 What you’ll be doing:

• Building and deploying LLM-powered applications
• Fine-tuning / adapting models to improve performance and reliability
• Designing evaluation frameworks & testing pipelines
• Developing agentic workflows and multi-step AI systems
• Working across LLMOps / MLOps (prompting, model routing, observability)

🧠 What they’re looking for:

• Strong engineering background (Python and/or C#)
• Experience working with LLMs in production
• Hands-on exposure to fine-tuning or model adaptation
• Experience building end-to-end AI systems
