Now we want to scientifically validate how and why behavior changes as a result of our solutions.

With millions of users engage with our simulations globally every year, we have a unique opportunity to combine behavioral theory, psychometrics, and real-world performance data to build validated evidence of behavioral transformation.

But this requires more than studies. It requires scalable systems for data capture, across both existing and new enterprise customers.

What will you do here?

As our Behavioral Science Manager, you will not only design and execute validation studies, you will help build the frameworks and systems that make behavioral measurement an integrated, scalable part of how Attensi operates.

Your Role Will Entail

• Leading our efforts of scientific behavioral change validation
• Design and lead behavioral validation studies with enterprise customers
• Develop psychometrically sound measurement instruments and frameworks
• Establish baseline (pre-) and post-intervention assessments
• Build scalable systems for behavioral data capture across customers
• Analyze large-scale behavioral and performance data
• Connect behavioral shifts to KPI improvements
• Translate findings into clear, commercially powerful insights
  
  

Who are we looking for?

You combine scientific rigor with systems thinking and commercial instinct. You’re curious, pragmatic, and excited about building something new at the intersection of psychology, data, technology, and commercial performance.

• Background in Industrial & Organizational Psychology, Psychometrics, Behavioral Science or Data Science with a psychology focus - with proven experience within research design validation methodology and quantative analysis
• Experience from a recruitment assessment company, talent analytics firm, HR tech company, organizational development consultancy, or applied research setting
• You might have started or completed a PhD, and feel the drive to put your research into a commercial practice.
• Interested in building scalable measurement systems - not just one-off studies
• Able to translate complex findings into business-relevant insights with commercial impact
• Motivated by business impact - not just academic output
