SCOPE OVERVIEW
- Coordinate interview scheduling between HODs and candidates.
- Create a positive onboarding experience by ensuring all required documents are prepared and ready for a smooth start.
- Oversee pre-employment background checks and verification processes to ensure compliance and transparency.
- Facilitate internal fit and proper checks for sales-related employees ensuring alignment with company standards.
- Take full ownership in enhancing the onboarding and offboarding process, with the autonomy to innovate and improve employee satisfaction.
- Manage the end-to-end off-boarding process (Lodge IT tickets, sending off-boarding checklist).
- Support procurement and management of rewards, vouchers, and merchandise for corporate initiatives, including vendor coordination and order tracking.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support engagement programmes and ensure smooth execution of activities.
- Assist in the ideation, planning, and execution of employee engagement campaigns and events to enhance participation and experience.
- Identify and source suitable vendors and partners for corporate programmes, while maintaining a database of reliable partners.
- Coordinate CSR initiatives by managing staff volunteer registrations, liaising with employees, and maintaining and analysing CSR participation data.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Degree holder in related fields
- Enjoys learning and being detail oriented with tasks on hand
- Creative and explorative learning/ working style to learn on the job
- Meticulous with documentations, able to work with several stakeholders
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply as well
