What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Champion lean/agile leadership and empower team members through servant leadership
• Support the Product Owner in refining the backlog and ensuring alignment with business outcomes
• Coach team members on agile principles and practices to promote accountability and continuous learning
• Identify and remove impediments to maintain team focus and deliver value
• Establish and communicate key agile metrics to guide data-driven decisions
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• College degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field, or relevant equivalent experience
• Agile Certification (Certified Scrum Master - CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or Safe Scrum Master Certification (SSM) preferred
• Experience in a software development organization and Agile environment as a Scrum Master
• Knowledge of Lean methodology, principles, and tools
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage conflict effectively
  
  

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience in coaching teams on Agile principles and practices
• Familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) principles
• Demonstrated ability to build high-performing teams and improve team dynamics
• Experience with project management and release planning
• Strong understanding of DevOps practices and continuous delivery pipelines
