What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Support the Naval Information Warfare Center Atlantic (NIWC Atlantic) Expeditionary Enterprise Systems and Services (E2S2) Division
• Collect, review, and analyze information to make recommendations to the Government
• Develop solutions to engineering and operational challenges
• Prepare and solve mathematical models relevant to the organization's operations
• Assist in Program Increment Planning with minimal travel four times a year
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Active Secret or higher-level Security Clearance
• Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field from an ABET accredited program
• Ten (10) years of experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis, or financial/cost analysis
• Ability to analyze relevant data, including annual revenues, employment, or expenditures
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to develop actionable recommendations
  
  

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
• Familiarity with ServiceNow applications and ADO
• Experience leading and facilitating teams
• Proven ability to communicate technical details to stakeholders
• Background in technical project management
