About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled Network Engineer with strong Fortinet experience to join our growing MSP team. You’ll design, deploy, secure, and support networks for a wide range of customers—no two days are the same.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Designing, deploying, and supporting Fortinet-based network and security solutions
• Managing FortiGate firewalls (policies, VPNs, SD-WAN, HA, UTM)
• Working with FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, and related Fortinet products
• Troubleshooting complex network and security issues across multiple clients
• Supporting LAN/WAN, routing, switching, and wireless environments
• Assisting with projects, upgrades, and customer onboarding

What We’re Looking For

• Strong hands-on experience with Fortinet (this is key)
• Experience working in an MSP or multi-tenant environment
• Solid networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, VPNs
• Firewall and security best practices mindset
• Fortinet certifications (NSE 4/5/6 or equivalent) are a big plus
• Great communication skills—you can explain tech to non-tech people
• A proactive, customer-first attitude
