About the Role

We are looking for an organized and proactive HR Specialist to manage and support the company’s human resources operations. This role will handle recruitment, employee records, onboarding, internal policies, and day-to-day HR coordination to help build a strong and professional work environment.

The ideal candidate should have good experience in HR processes, employee management, and recruitment, and should be able to support a growing team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle recruitment processes, including job posting, screening, interviews, and follow-up
• Manage onboarding and offboarding procedures
• Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
• Support attendance tracking, leave management, and internal HR systems
• Ensure company policies and procedures are properly implemented
• Coordinate with management on hiring needs and team structure
• Support employee relations and help maintain a positive work environment
• Assist with performance follow-up and internal HR organization
• Ensure compliance with Qatar labor law and company regulations

Qualifications

• Previous experience in HR, recruitment, or personnel management
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage confidential information professionally
• Good understanding of HR processes and employee documentation
• Knowledge of Qatar's labor law is a strong advantage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and growing company
• Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills
• Arabic and English are preferred
