As part of our continued expansion in the Web3 ecosystem, we are seeking a Strategic Partnerships Lead (Web3) to drive high-impact collaborations and long-term growth initiatives. This is a senior leadership role designed for experienced professionals who can define partnership strategy, lead complex negotiations, and build a global network of strategic alliances.
This is a fully remote position open to international candidates.
- Define and execute the global strategic partnerships roadmap aligned with company growth objectives.
- Identify, evaluate, and secure high-value partnerships across Web3 ecosystems (Layer 1/2, DeFi, infrastructure providers, exchanges, institutional partners).
- Lead complex negotiations and structure strategic deals, including integrations, joint ventures, and ecosystem collaborations.
- Build and manage relationships with C-level stakeholders, founders, and key decision-makers across the industry.
- Drive ecosystem growth by onboarding partners and expanding network effects around Nordic Node’s infrastructure solutions.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to deliver successful integrations and partnership launches.
- Represent the company at global Web3 conferences, industry events, and strategic meetings.
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new partnership opportunities.
- Develop and track KPIs related to partnerships, including revenue contribution, ecosystem growth, and strategic impact.
- 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, or similar roles within Web3, crypto, fintech, or technology sectors.
- Proven track record of closing high-value strategic partnerships and driving business growth.
- Strong network within the Web3 ecosystem (protocols, exchanges, funds, infrastructure providers).
- Deep understanding of blockchain technology, crypto markets, and decentralized ecosystems.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders (C-level, founders, investors).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and execute long-term growth opportunities.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Experience with token ecosystems, DeFi protocols, or infrastructure platforms.
- Background in scaling partnerships in early-stage or growth-stage startups.
- Experience leading or mentoring BD / partnerships teams.
- Participation in global Web3 conferences and industry networks.
- Competitive annual salary starting from €150,000, depending on experience and performance.
