JUNIOR PROGRAM MANAGER (LIEGE-BELGIUM)

THE SCOPE

As part of its sustained growth, Gaming1 is looking for Program Manager to join the Programs and Portfolio team.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex environments, navigates ambiguity with confidence, and is driven to turn strategy into execution while raising the bar for team performance.

YOUR ROLE

• Lead cross-functional, end-to-end programs and strategic initiatives spanning product, tech, legal/compliance, operational, and business domains.
• Drive alignment across stakeholders and ensure shared understanding of objectives and trade-offs.
• Track progress, risks, and dependencies across a portfolio of initiatives, anticipating blockers early.
• Provide context and insights for informed decision-making by top management.
• Connect priorities to business metrics, ensuring teams stay focused on what brings most value.
• Contribute to team rituals, documentation to enable sustained performance.

YOUR PROFILE

• 2-3 years in program or project management, ideally in PMO or multi-team environments.
• Proven ability to operate across boundaries and lead in complex, evolving contexts.
• Strong execution and stakeholder management skills with a track record of delivering impact.
• Comfortable navigating fast-moving, ambiguous situations and guiding others through change.
• Experience with portfolio management is a strong plus.
• Competence in building and managing road maps for strategic delivery is an advantage.
• Background in gaming, digital products, or technology-driven organizations is highly valued.
