Position Summary:
In this role, you will support the HR department and management in labor and collective bargaining matters while preparing company agreements and regulations for organizational changes. Additionally, you will advise leaders on personnel and co-determination issues.

Human Resources Generalist (w/m/d)
Position Summary:

Zu deinen Kernaufgaben zählen unter Anderem:
- Unterstützung des Fachbereichs HR und der Geschäftsführung in arbeits- und kollektivrechtlichen Fragestellungen
- Vorbereitung und Erstellung von Betriebsvereinbarungen und anderer kollektivrechtlicher Regelungen zu Systemen, Prozessen und sonstigen unternehmerischen Veränderungsprozessen
- Sicherstellung einer vertrauensvollen und kontinuierlichen Zusammenarbeit zwischen Arbeitgeber und Arbeitnehmergremien
- Organisation und Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung wöchentlicher Sitzungen, Monats- und Quartalsgesprächen
- Recherche und Zusammenstellung von Unterlagen und Arbeitsmaterialien einschließlich der Terminplanung und Organisation
- Zusammenarbeit mit HR Business Partnern / HR Generalisten
- Mitarbeit in HR internen und fachbereichsübergreifenden globalen und/oder lokalen Projekten
- Beratung der Führungskräfte zu personal-, arbeits- und mitbestimmungsrechtlichen Fragestellungen
- Begleitung und Beratung von Führungskräften zu Organisations- und Teamentwicklungen sowie Change-Managementprozessen
- Unterstützung bei der Implementierung von HR-Richtlinien, -Praktiken und -Strategien in einer Matrixorganisation
- Effektive Zusammenarbeit mit der gesamten HR-Organisation, um eine qualitativ hochwertige und nahtlos integrierte operative HR-Unterstützung für das Unternehmen zu gewährleisten
- 1+ Jahre Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Betriebsratsgremien
- 2+ Jahre Erfahrung als HR Business Partner oder HR Generalist
- 2+ Jahre Erfahrung im Aufbau vertrauensvoller Beziehungen zu verschiedensten Interessengruppen
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (B2 Niveau oder besser)
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Rechtswissenschaften, der Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder ähnliches
- Mehrjährige und einschlägige Berufserfahrung auf Unternehmensseite im Bereich Arbeitsrecht sowie in der Personalabteilung
- Gute Kenntnisse im Arbeits- und Betriebsverfassungsrecht sowie Erfahrung im Umgang mit komplexen personalrelevanten Fragestellungen
- Pragmatische und lösungsorientierte Mentalität und unternehmerisches Denken
- Strukturiete und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägstes Verhandlungsgeschick
- Ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität mit der Fähigkeit, strategisch zu denken und operativ umzusetzen
- Hohe Affinität zu HR-Systemen, digitalen Prozessen und der Weiterentwicklung moderner HR-Strukturen

Human Resources Generalist (f/m/d)
Position Summary:
In this role, you will support the HR department and management in labor and collective bargaining matters while preparing company agreements and regulations for organizational changes. Additionally, you will advise leaders on personnel and co-determination issues.
Your core tasks will include but are not limited to:
- Supporting the HR department and management in matters relating to labor and collective bargaining law
- Preparing and drafting works agreements and other collective bargaining regulations relating to systems, processes, and other corporate change processes
- Ensuring a trusting and continuous cooperation between employers and employee committees
- Organizing and supporting the preparation, implementation, and follow-up of weekly meetings, monthly and quarterly discussions
- Researching and compiling documents and working materials, including scheduling and organization
- Collaborating with HR business partners/HR generalists
- Collaborating on internal HR and cross-departmental global and/or local projects
- Advising managers on personnel, labor, and co-determination issues
- Supporting and advising managers in organizational and team development as well as change-management processes
- Supporting the implementation of HR policies, practices, and strategies in a matrix organization
- Working effectively with the entire HR organization to ensure high-quality and seamlessly integrated operational HR support for the company
- 1+ years of experience working with works council committees
- 2+ years of experience as an HR business partner or HR generalist
- 2+ years of experience in building trusting relationships with a wide range of interest groups
- Good German and English skills (B2 level or better)
- Degree in law, business administration, or similar
- Several years of relevant professional experience on the corporate side in the field of labor law and in the human resources department
- Good knowledge of labor and works constitution law and experience in dealing with complex personnel-related issues
- Pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset and entrepreneurial thinking
- Structured and independent way of working
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong hands-on mindset with the ability to think strategically and implement operations
- High affinity for HR systems, digital processes, and the further development of modern HR structures
