Strategy & Insights Coordinator

Sigmar is currently hiring a Strategy Coordinator (18-month FTC) to join a well renowned Irish brand.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping strategic planning and business insights within a fast-paced, data-driven environment. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will help translate complex information into clear, actionable insights that support decision-making and future growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the coordination and development of a comprehensive situation and outlook report, bringing together data, analysis, and strategic perspectives
• Produce monthly performance reports for senior leadership, highlighting key trends, insights, and implications for the business
• Support the planning and delivery of annual business planning workshops, including coordination, logistics, and stakeholder engagement
• Monitor market trends and industry developments (such as travel, accommodation, and broader sector performance), translating data into meaningful insights
• Collaborate across teams to respond to internal and external queries in a timely and effective manner
• Contribute to team operations, including budgeting and procurement activities

Skills & Experience

• Experience in research, analysis, reporting writing or project coordination
• Strong ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable working collaboratively in a team environment
• Familiarity with modern data and productivity tools (e.g. reporting and analytics platforms) is an advantage, Microsoft Copilot and PowerBI tools
